Omnishown Scan · In build

Paste a URL. See every page the way search and AI see it.

Omnishown Scan crawls your site from the address you give it, audits every page it finds, and says what is wrong in plain English. You do not need a GitHub repository to start.

  • No repository needed to start
  • Respects your robots.txt
  • Facts, estimates and advice kept apart

A site audit is only useful if you can trust it.

01

Two hundred red flags, no order

Most audits list everything with the same urgency. You cannot tell the broken checkout link from the missing alt text on a footer icon.

02

Guesses dressed up as facts

A score with no source, a traffic estimate with no date. When the numbers cannot be checked, nobody acts on them.

03

A report nobody can act on

The finding says “improve your titles”. It does not say which pages, to what, or why it matters to a buyer.

One scan, five kinds of finding.

Omnishown Scan reads each page the way a crawler does, then reviews it the way a careful SEO would.

Technical health

Status codes, redirect chains, broken links, whether a page can be indexed, canonical tags, your sitemap and robots directives, and basic mobile and speed signals.

On-page and content

Titles, descriptions, heading order, internal links, image alt text and duplicate metadata, plus whether a page matches what buyers are really looking for and covers the topic in enough depth.

Answer and AI signals

Do your pages answer the questions buyers ask, in a sentence an answer engine can quote? Are your business facts clear and consistent, and marked up so a machine can read them?

How the crawl works

It starts at your address and follows your links.

Omnishown Scan begins at the URL you give it, follows your internal links, and reads your sitemap when you have one. It checks your robots.txt first and respects what it says.

For every page it records the status code, any redirects, the canonical address and when it was crawled. Duplicate paths are folded together, so one page is counted once.

  • Follows internal links and reads sitemap.xml
  • Respects robots.txt and crawl limits for your plan
  • Records status, redirects, canonical and crawl time per page

Honest findings

Observed, estimated, recommended. Never blurred.

Every finding says which kind it is. Observed means the crawler saw it. Estimated means it is a calculated guess. Recommended is what we would change, and why.

Omnishown Scan will not tell you that you appear in an AI answer unless a verified measurement says so. Audit findings and AI visibility are different things, and we keep them apart.

  • Each finding is labelled by kind
  • A plain-English reason on every line
  • No made-up traffic or ranking numbers

From finding to fix

Connect GitHub when you are ready.

On its own, a scan is a clear, ordered list you can hand to any developer. Connect your repository and each recommendation can become a pull request that you review and approve.

Nothing is changed on your site by the scan itself. It only reads the public pages.

  • Works without GitHub
  • Connect a repository to turn findings into pull requests
  • The scan never edits your site

What Omnishown Scan does not do.

A trustworthy audit says where it stops.

  • It does not promise rankings, traffic or a place in any AI answer. It finds problems that make those less likely.
  • It only reads public pages. Anything behind a login is outside what it can see.
  • It is still being built. The exact checks and crawl limits per plan are being set with the first pilot sites.
  • Findings are reviewed by AI, which can be wrong. That is why they are labelled and a person decides what to change.

Questions, answered plainly

Still unsure? Join the pilot and ask us directly. We'll answer before you connect anything.

Do I need a GitHub repository to use Omnishown Scan?

No. A scan only needs your website address. A repository is optional, and only needed when you want findings turned into pull requests.

Will the crawler slow down or break my site?

It is designed to crawl politely, respects your robots.txt, and has limits set by plan and site size. The exact crawl rate is being finalised with the first pilot sites.

How is this different from Omnishown Check?

Check reviews each change to your code before it ships. Scan looks at your whole live site, every page, at a point in time. Scan finds what is already wrong. Check stops new problems arriving.

Is Omnishown Scan available today?

It is in build. Join the pilot and tell us your site, and we will say honestly when it can scan it.
